The State Technology Council (STC) provides guidance and strategic direction for state technology and is responsible for sponsoring the California State Government Annual Technology Strategy, Envision 2026. The STC will continue to ensure accountability, alignment, and the achievement of the strategy's goals. As members of the STC during the strategy plan’s development, these individuals helped to formulate Envision 2026.
